Community Legal Education Association is a not-for-profit organization, which provides Manitobans with information about the law through several services. We have existed since 1984 and we believe that law belongs to people – you have a right to know your rights.

Youth Criminal Justice Act Workshop Manitoba Tour!
The Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA) is replacing the Young Offenders Act (YOA) in April 2003 and the Community Legal Education Association is proud to be offering a series of free Educational Workshops to Manitobans during the summer of 2002 to allow Manitobans of all backgrounds the chance to understand this new law.
