Living Wills Registry (Canada)
Living Wills deal with health issues and should not be confused with Estate Wills. A living will is accessed whilst one is alive, but unable to make health decisions. A living will and Health Proxy are used in a collaborative manner by health care providers; the documents provide guidance, when most needed. Depending upon your geographical location there may be specific additional notarisations required.
