RSS
stands for RDF Site Summary, Rich Site Summary or Really Simple
Syndication. It is a way for a Website to easily post updates to it's
users.
The newer versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox
allow you to add RSS feeds right into your toolbar favorites. Basically
it means you can put a button in your web browser that will retrieve a
list of updates from your favorite sites.
You can also use web services which collect together all the RSS item
you want to subscribe to and display them in an organized way. These
services are very handy if you don't have the latest versions of
Internet Explorer or Firefox. Blog Lines and Google Reader are two examples of such a service.
ACJNet is offering a RSS service to keep you up to date with our
Organization and website. You can find the link to the RSS feed just
above the search section at the top of any page. You can click the link
directly if you
are using a newer web browser or you can copy the link location and
subscribe using Blog Lines, Google Reader or any other RSS readers. You can copy and paste the link into a reader and the reader will retrieve it for you.
