Ontario Civil Legal Needs Project
This study, undertaken jointly by the Law Society of Upper Canada, Legal Aid Ontario, and Pro Bono Law Ontario, examines why low and middle-income Ontarians seek help with their civil legal needs and how successful they are in finding that help. The study includes a telephone survey of Ontarians, focus groups with service providers and a mapping exercise to identify existing legal services.
